What is a letterhead?

Every company/business’ correspondence carries a professional letterhead. It is the heading at the top of their stationery which proves that the document/letter is authentic.

A letterhead usually contains a company logo; address; and contact details (telephone number, fax number, email and website address). The size of a letterhead is usually A4 (the entire sheet of paper).

Letterhead Designs

The standard letterhead designs are:

• Corporate Layout – features the corporate logo at the top of the page;
• Traditional Layout – a classical layout that with the company name in the centre at the top and the address in the centre at the bottom;
• Casual Design – used for personal invites or announcements.
